Niseko lift pass 2026–27: prices, and which pass to buy

Lift passes · Prices checked Oct 2026

Every price on this page is copied from the operator's own site and was checked on 11 Oct 2026. Yen, tax included.

2026–27 prices are published for Niseko United (all four resorts), Hirafu + Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri. Niseko Moiwa had not published 2026–27 prices, so its figures below are from 2025–26, the last confirmed season, and labelled that way.

The short answer

Personally I'd suggest the Hirafu + Hanazono pass for most first trips, and an Annupuri day ticket on the day you want a change. Sleeping in Hirafu and happy on one hill? Buy the Hirafu + Hanazono pass. Want Niseko Village and Annupuri too, or the free inter-resort shuttle? Buy the All-Mountain. Staying at the Village or Annupuri and skiing there most days? Their own passes are far cheaper. Buy online once sales open, except in early season, when it is counter only.

Which pass: chooser by trip type

Adult counter prices for peak season (24 Dec 2026 – 28 Feb 2027) unless noted.

First trip, sleeping in Hirafu, 5–7 days

Hirafu + Hanazono multi-day

Two resorts on one hill, and it covers night skiing. A 6-day peak adult pass is ¥72,500, ¥6,000 less than the All-Mountain.

You want to ride all four resorts

All-Mountain multi-day

The only ticket for all four resorts and the NISEKO UNITED shuttle. ¥78,500 for 6 peak days.

Hirafu trip with one Annupuri day

Hirafu + Hanazono 5-day, plus an Annupuri day ticket

¥60,500 + ¥7,800 = ¥68,300 in peak, against ¥78,500 for a 6-day All-Mountain. Multi-day passes run on consecutive days, so put the Annupuri day first or last, and pay the shuttle fare.

Staying at Niseko Village, mostly skiing there

Niseko Village pass

A 7-day peak adult pass is ¥70,700, against ¥91,500 for the All-Mountain. Switch to the All-Mountain if you'll cross to Hirafu.

Beginners or a budget trip at Annupuri

Annupuri pass

¥7,800 for a peak adult day, the cheapest in Niseko United. It does not cover the other resorts or the shuttle.

Family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 4–12), 6 peak days

Hirafu + Hanazono, unless you'll roam

All-Mountain ¥251,200 at the counter vs Hirafu + Hanazono ¥232,000. Under-4s ride free.

Arrival evening or a night-only session

Night pass

Hirafu + Hanazono night pass ¥6,900 in peak; Annupuri night pass ¥3,700. Any all-day ticket already covers that evening.

Two weeks or more

All-Mountain 8–12 day (online), 50-hour, or a season pass

Two 7-day peak All-Mountain passes cost ¥183,000; the season pass is ¥184,400 at the counter, ¥175,100 online.

Ikon or Mountain Collective holder

Use your pass

Niseko United says Ikon works as an All-Mountain pass, up to your Ikon day limit. Mountain Collective gives two days, then 50% off extra day tickets.

Kids and seniors

  • Children 3 and under ride free at all four Niseko United resorts. Bring them to the ticket counter for their free ticket; it is not sold online. They must ride lifts with an adult.
  • Child prices cover ages 4–12.
  • Ages 13–15 and seniors 65+ pay the same price. Bring ID: a student ID for the teens, and a driver's licence or passport for seniors.
  • Adult prices are for ages 16–64 at Niseko United. Moiwa used different bands in 2025–26 (adult 19–64, student 16–18, kids 7–15).

Night skiing

Night skiing runs 12 Dec 2026 – 22 Mar 2027. Any all-day ticket stays valid to the end of the night session on its last day, so you only need a night pass if you skip the day.

The IC keycard

  • Your pass lives on a rechargeable IC keycard. Your first online All-Mountain purchase adds ¥500 per person for the card. It is a purchase, not a deposit, so it is not refunded, and you can top it up online in later seasons.
  • One pass type per card at a time. Buying two passes onto one card (including a resort pass) stops it working, so start the first pass before you buy the next.
  • A lost card is reissued for ¥3,500 with your confirmation and ID.
  • Annupuri's own online shop gives you the keycard free. Season passes bought at the counter carry a ¥1,000 card deposit.

How to buy online

  1. Go to the Niseko United online lift pass shop, pick the season and choose “Purchase New Lift Pass”. When we checked, 2026–27 sales were marked as preparing.
  2. Create a Niseko United account. Accounts on the individual resort shops do not carry over.
  3. Add each person in your group and assign them a pass. Passes are not transferable.
  4. Pay by credit card (JCB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners). No other payment methods, and no refunds for any reason, weather included.
  5. You get a QR code by email. Scan it at a ticket machine at any of the four resorts to collect your keycard. Passes work 15 minutes after purchase, so same-day buying is fine.

Hourly and day passes from 1 to 12 days, the 50-hour pass and season passes are online. Early-season passes are not. The resorts also run their own shops (Grand Hirafu × Hanazono, Niseko Village, Annupuri, Village × Annupuri), which use the same keycards.

The shuttle bus and your pass

The NISEKO UNITED shuttle bus links the four resorts. All-Mountain, hourly, day, season and point passes can ride it. Scanning a day pass when you get off starts a day on it, and an hourly pass loses an hour; if you don't want that, pay the cash fare instead. Single-resort passes (Hirafu + Hanazono, Village, Annupuri) are not valid on the shuttle.

Ikon and Mountain Collective

Niseko United says an Ikon Pass works as an All-Mountain pass, up to your Ikon day limit, with no reservation. Ikon friends-and-family get 25% off All-Mountain day passes, at the counter only. Mountain Collective holders get two days, then 50% off extra day tickets. Collect at .Base or the Mountain Center (Hirafu), the Hanazono counter, the Village gondola base or Green Leaf, or the Annupuri office.

Questions people actually ask

How much is a Niseko lift pass in 2026–27?
An adult All-Mountain day is ¥13,500 in peak season (24 Dec – 28 Feb), ¥12,600 in regular season and ¥8,800 early and spring. Single-area tickets are cheaper: Hirafu + Hanazono ¥12,500, Niseko Village ¥10,700 and Annupuri ¥7,800 for a peak day.
Is it cheaper to buy Niseko lift passes online?
Yes. Niseko United says online passes save about 5% on average, and the HANAZONO price list shows both. You collect the keycard from a ticket machine at any of the four resorts. Online sales for 2026–27 were marked as preparing when we checked, and early-season passes are counter only.
Do kids ski free in Niseko?
Children aged 3 and under get a free ticket, but you collect it at the ticket counter with the child; it is not sold online. Child prices cover ages 4–12, and ages 13–15 pay the same as seniors.
Does the Niseko lift pass include night skiing?
Yes. All-day tickets stay valid to the end of night skiing on their last day. Night skiing runs 12 Dec 2026 – 22 Mar 2027.
Is Moiwa on the Niseko United pass?
No. Niseko Moiwa sells its own tickets. It had not published 2026–27 prices when we checked.
Are multi-day passes valid on non-consecutive days?
No. Niseko United, HANAZONO, Niseko Village and Annupuri all sell multi-day passes for consecutive days. If you want rest days, the 50-hour All-Mountain pass (online only) is counted in one-hour blocks and lasts the season.
